So I am assuming you never saw the movie The Sorcerer's Apprentice?

Capcom literally stole the character Nicolas Cage played in that movie. So it wouldnt be surprising they had a similar voice actor, but I didnt pick up on any resemblance.

No I never did see that movie, but I do see the resemblance of how the character looks with Heisenberg.

Yes. While the actor who plays Heisenberg was playing the game on stream, he said that they told him to base the character and voice off of Nicolas Cage.
