Shadows of Rose should be playable in first person

It's actually stupid that a first person game is getting a third person only DLC because Resident Evil fans are babies about over the shoulder.

No. It was right business decision to go for OTS because vast majority of fans didn't like first-person camera PoV. Besides, it gives players the ability to see more details on screen in TP which is way better than FP PoV.

To be fair though most arguments i've seen in favour of over the shoulder make little to no sense anyway.

FPV has its advantages but honestly I'm glad if they're going back to OTS like every other RE game. Unlockable clothes/outfits were always a part of the games too and wouldn't be anymore if all were FP.

I think these were FP because of some VR deal that didn't really work out they had with someone. Playstation maybe.

No, it was first person because capcom decided it would work much better for horror, which it does.

First person deserves at least one more game before the go back to appeasing the whining vocal minority.

Yeah they say that but no other RE games have been VR from Capcom. Pretty sure that played a role in the decision.

Resident Evil 4 is now a VR game... but anyway no it didn't play a part, RE7 was decided on being first person towards the end of 2013, Sony conceptualised PSVR in late 2014 to early 2015.

It's not a big minority, just incredibly loud and annoying, the kind that gurn when theres 2 first person games... forgetting that theres 12 over the shoulder games for them to go play, and more on the way...

I doubt they will whine the same.

Why aren't they just giving the option to choose between first and third person?
Even if (clearly this isn't accurate) 5% of the fans liked first person, they still deserve to play the FPS game they bought how they like to play it.
