In the post credit scene when the SUV is driving away thats Ethan in the distance
Ethan was literally crumbling to pieces and was in the middle of the explosion. He's dead.
An interesting interpretation. I figured it was Chris.
Why would Rose escape to lay flowers on Ethan’s grave if he was still alive? Not to mention the whole, “The father’s story has ended” dealio.

Still doesn’t explain why Rose would take the trouble to buy flowers and leave them at a dead man’s grave if he was actually alive.
Do you have a link to that freecam screenshot you mentioned? Without solid evidence I’m not sure I trust this theory.
Edit: not to mention the guard’s comment about how she’s like Ethan and on how Chris needs her.
