WMvideo decoder How to fix that?

i can run the game but my screen is look like have a wave like old tv
before i run game it's said WMvideo decoder something i not sure but i can't dowload media feature form microsoft too pls help me

same, i just posted about how similar my situation is to yours, hope its not just us.

mine is not even starting up.... Same WMvideo error message, first capcom's installer message pops up, you press exit (since there is nothing else to press) and thats it, game never starts

K-Lite Codec Pack should have the decoder, but even after installing it I crash straight to desktop on startup as if I never opened the game at all.

This problem deluxe edition bonus filter option its on not a game bug it is a filter!
Go to the option special menu and off the re7 footage filter.

WMvideo problem another question...
Try intall latest K-lite mega codec pack and install windows media pack if you use win 10 N version.

nope I tried everything and nothing worked i will most probably claim a refund obviously there are software issues with the game

for those who cant find it, at main screen select Options, and on left side there should be either Bonus or special settings, select that and on right there is the DLC options to turn on/off , i had this setting on and thought it was a game bug.
