I think the game has a different time counter than Steam, since I had the same experience. The game told me I beat it in 12 hours but I had about 15 hours of playtime according to Steam.

the games completion timer doesnt count the 3h+ cutscenes, dude.

TBH most other games just stretch the game out with collectibles n ♥♥♥♥.

i dont know any other games that count game time without menu's, cut scenes, and all that. for all other games everyone just uses steam time that covers total

I mean, I'm never gonna fault anyone for not wanting to buy a game at full price day one. Do what you can afford. Everyone has their own acceptable price limits and budgets. That's fine. But you don't have to come tell us about how superior you are for not buying a game. It's not like it's a buggy mess or anything. Biggest issue is no FoV slider, which is fixed with a super simple mod. Should've been in there to begin with, but hardly a blip on the radar compared to some of the bugfests we've been treated to lately.

RES3 was junk to and big waste of money, but RES2 in other hand i spend 20h+ because game was fun in difficult, RES8 is not resident evil just generic annihilation of werewolves , dolls and vampires ( and one fish ) zero replayability . wasted money

I have a job too, but waiting is the best choice in this case, Capcom games always go down in price quickly, wouldnt surprise me if we had a 66% off by Christmas.

Took me 10hrs and 45mins on normal feels like a good time for the game and plan on replaying it on a harder mode now RE3 remake that was a joke for how fast it was good game but way to short.

I know it that some people would come with "look you are wrong my personal experience is a proof" except no you are not a generality and deal with it.
My first playtrough on Normal was around 8h30 but i was more close to a 100%.
