VR is the ultimate way to play this game
For those who havent played RE7 VR you dont know what you are missing, its 1000 times better and more immersive than flatscreen. RE8 should also have VR support because its the best way to play the game.

I own Resident Evil 7 but i can't play it in VR, due the fact that they only released Resident Evil 7 VR only on the Playstation. They will probarly do the same thing with RE Village.

And i ain't going to buy a Sony VR headset for just 1 game. I already spend enough for a Oculus Rift with extra sensors and body sensors.

Same with the RE Village demo, it has been released yesterday as a PS5 exclusive demo. Steam will probarly get the demo after RE Village release.

I agree, playing games without VR support is already a bad idea, and horror games are doubly so.

In your opinion. You aren't getting VR support, so curb yourself. Unlucky that you got ripped off for something with hardly any games on.

There may be not many games on it but the game is 1000 times better in VR, there is no comparison.

Not really, to be IN the game is better than to watch it on a flatscreen.

That's a very clever thing to say. Would you prefer he utter your opinion? Idiot.

Sidenote: If you play in VR, it doesnt matter if you're in a dark room :cozybrawlhalla1:

Light doesn't squeeze through the space between the goggles and your face? That's great if so. I haven't tried VR yet.

Between my Index HMD and my face is no distance and once i wear it, i can fully immerse because of no incoming light from outside. The only thing I hope they drastically improve on in future headsets is the FOV. Its OK once you get used to it, but no visible borders at all would be better.

Ah man are you in for a surprise or what the first time you try VR! I dont know if RE is a good place to start VR, it will scare the hell out of you. Its hard to explain VR to someone who hasnt tried it but imagine it like this, Imagine being IN the RE house just like you are seeing your room right now with depth and height, its exactly the same feeling, when you move the angles change, when you go physically closer to something it zooms in, just like reality.

That sounds great but I might be too chicken for that lol. I'm kidding but seriously with re7 just playing on my 4k monitor I would sometimes sit inside of a room for several minutes before I got the courage to continue lol. The first encounter with the girlfriend, man, I did not want to go down those dark stairs! Playing through that for the first time in VR would be insane.

Yeah in VR its terrifying because its just like reality, the girlfriend is REAL SIZE human and 3d and so is the house you are in just like reality, i think once the general public understand what VR is they will be obsessed with it, its like entering other worlds for real and once the graphics and resolution gets even better in the end it will look and feel exactly like reality, in fact many scientists already say that reality is an advanced VR game.
