My settings :
Texture 1gb HIGH
Other effects: On or High
Contract shadows: OFF.
The game runs smooth like soap between 60 to 90 fps.
For the fly or bug swamp when you against Lady Dimitrescu's daughters, there was no issue in the mercenary mode after I use the current settings. I will test story mode later this week.
Happy gaming everyone.
Are you saying the daughter bug scenes ran smoothly for you, no frame drops?
It's something tied to statistics logging or as i suspect denuvo anti tamper.
The reason i say denuvo is because there's not much if any complaining about the issue on ps5.
Piracy isn't really an issue for consoles so they dont use denuvo.
The other reasoning is this
The game has been out for over a month with zero suggestions of a patch.
Likely that they know what the issue is
Denuvo is rented security. When the cost of that security becomes more than they make from sales its implementation is removed and contract ended.
How do i explain why some people don't get the hitch?
Denuvo makes constant checks (anti tamper)
These cpu calls affect cpu's differently.
Why would it hitch on enemy kill?
This might be when the anti tamper makes its checks, linking the statistics to the players account.
This probably makes cracking the game super difficult since there aren't static check to block.
Graphics? Reducing the graphics might improve it but again it varies and still seems to be a permanent issue.
Inconsistencies?
Remember there are always troll posts. Some people just don't notice the problem.
Some people are just trying to be helpful if they think they've found the solution.
Solvable?
Try to remember that there are far more tech savvy peeps out there than any of us.
If there was a solution it would have been found by now.
Which leads me back to denuvo and zero sign of a patch.
