Resident Evil 6 was Garbage but in a good way. It was so over the top that it had me playing just to see what hilarious thing they would throw in next.

We've had plenty of demon like creatures in the past. It's not a stretch at all to think a biohazard virus or parasite could create a vampire or werewolf.
Just goes to show how many people claim to be fans of zombie media when they really don't know anything. Zombies are originally a voodoo thing. So even the "classic" RE enemies are based on magic and mystical stuff.

Have you guys even played the games? RE7 was all about a a bioweapon outbreak as was every single RE game out there.
Remember the RE7 trailers? A bunch of folks angry thinking it was a supernatural game and it turned to not have a single supernatural thing, what exactly makes you people think it'll be different with RE8? If at this point if you don't think the monsters and apparitions are bioweapons and infection-induced hallucinations then you obviously know nothing about RE and just like to whine.

You guys are still stuck with the 1996 game thinking RE is about zombies, but it is not, it's about bioterror.

I agree that the WHOLE series needs to be put to rest and have one final game that ends it. ohhh wait that was 5 when Wesker died then it was just unknown terrorist after unknown terrorist. I have enjoyed and loved OG 0-CV, 4 and 5. 6 was just some kind of mess. 7 was great tho returning to the horror aspect but that could of been branded differently and had no link to resident evil at all. But they are ruining the series with garbage remakes now thats for sure.

I'm skeptical about this game. If it was shown with no title and no chris people would wonder if it was some kind of van helsing game lol. I'm sure their will be more than that knowing how resident evil is. You fight all sorts of weird ♥♥♥♥ lol. If its as good as 7 ill probably pick it up at some point.

RE7 was the closest thing to a Resident Evil game we've had since Code Veronica. This series has been Gears of Zombies ever Since 4.

6 didn't have an unknown terrorist; the main bad guy Simmons was behind the destruction of Raccoon City. 7 introduces a new corporation called The Connections, and they're probably behind what's going on in 8. I'm going to take a guess that the main person behind that group is either Alex Wesker(Natalia), or her assistant Daniel Fabron from the crappy RE multiplayer game Resistance. Now I don't think it's been confirmed Daniel Fabron is in 8 or not, but the guy with the glasses looks very similar to him.
