Dumbarton needs tools quest bug?

In survival mode, have all the tools in my inventory (quest calls for 17 total tools but only 15 inventory spots so 2 are in my hotbar) and it wont let me click the send order button. Am i missing something here?

Wondering if anyone else has figured this out. Can't stack the tools and only have 15 slots.

That quest only works in the experimental version.

In the experimental version you can put some of the items into the back of the general store, then put the rest of the items from your hotbar into your inventory and then into the back of the general store to complete the quest.
