I would like to report a blocker issue on the latest version, in all of scenes that user must use the right joystick (R) to interact with things (such as flipping pages in magic book found in wood house, or pull the drawer of the cabinet in the police office, etc.), the game does not respond to moving R. However, moving R still work for moving camera.
I use XBox controller on the latest Windows 11 to play and this issue prevent me from playing. So, please investigate this issue and fix it as soon as possible, thank you.
Hey An,
Just to check - have you at all lowered your camera sensitivity in the in-game settings? If so, and you've lowered it quite substantially, you may experience difficulties with flipping objects over or turning the pages of books. This seems to be due to the fact that the detected movement of the stick is now not great enough when examining objects to perform the action correctly.
If you could reset your camera settings (or whack the value to 100 for testing) and see if this helps you to interact with items properly, that should help us to understand the issue better. Give it a try and let me know!

Hi, I have checked that, and I found that if I keep the camera sensitivity at the default value (23), the bug will happen. When I change the camera sensitivity to 45, the bug is gone, and the right joystick works as expected. Thank you so much for helping me resolve this issue. Now, I can continue to play this amazing game.
Thank you for letting me know that increasing the camera sensitivity worked for you! I'll pass on the details you've shared here just in case we need to take another look at the settings. Enjoy the rest of the game!

The SMG024 Game has crashed and will close

If you haven't already done so, I would first recommend verifying the game files in Steam. If that doesn't resolve the issue on its own, delete your installation and reinstall the game into a new folder / location, and see if this helps.
If your antivirus is at all flagging the game as hazardous as well, you may also wish to perform the steps in this pinned guide[service-en.bandainamcoent.eu].
I am unable to help with this as I am not a Steam administrator - you will need to contact Steam Support if wishing to remove the Friend Pass license from your library. I wouldn't personally recommend doing this however, as it may be that in future it is reactivated (I cannot guarantee this, though). You can choose to "hide" the game in your library instead.

me and my friend try to make a playthrough in which we want to get all the secrets. For some reason the Secret #15 is bugged. For my friend who finds it, it shows as found but it doesnt sync and also it doesnt stay checked in the inventory for this playthrough. I hope you guys can help because we get really frustrated at this and we wasted hours to get it.
