How many survived (SPOILER)
How many were left alive at the end of your playthrough? I don't know why but only the young lady died at the very end randomly out of my control from the tongue creature. Was it due to me making her choose bad decisions?

Before I say anything else, what did you do at Mary's trial?

Anytime Mary came up in the past world I made sure Andrew stood up for her and tried to make everyone else agree it was the priest not Mary. I only disagreed one time and that was with John. He burned the doll and originally thought it was her causing all the monsters.

Me to just finished the game. In my case died young lady and the teacher. Generally i think the meaning of the game "You have to fight your inside demon". For example - the teacher had something like "cowardice" and while i was playing i hadn't fight it so his "inside" demon had killed him. About young lady i didn't get what's the "inside demon" she had

Yea I don’t get it either. For the most part I chose to be a hero and friendly (hey man your making good choices, woah everyone calm down and stick together we got this) no man left behind mentality or “Save yourselfs I got this man”

I just was trying to save my characters. And it's really sad they died because you somewhere put wrong dialogue right in the end

Well how i get it - Right in the start of the game were real accident when everybody of Antony's family has died. For now Antony are working bus driver and has trauma about happened. Characters of his mind are his "family" - they died in the end if they are not Antony has always wish. I get it about "inside demon" but can't understand how to include the little hope story, the priest, the little girl in it and other staff happened. For what it was all?

Hear me out on this because I’ve been drinking lol (happy Halloween), but I think the priest and Mary have to deal with his childhood experience, and the house burning down, think all about perception. Remember Andrew had the matches in his hand and the guy ran up and said “my god what have you done” he assumed it was him who caused the great tragedy. Same with everyone on the witch hunt they assumed the little girl when it was the priest.

Am I making sense here XD?

Also doesn't give calm to me - if the first scene were "the real" ( burning house ) so why there was a moment when is a demon talking to Megan? Meanwhile have a nice halloween XDDD

My first playthrough, despite my bad timing with my left mouse clicking, everyone survived. I would say I suppose it lean towards what I would do per character, the prologue seems inevitable unless I am mistaken.

And yes each character had their own strengths and weakness. Seems forcing everyone to stick together, trying to be understanding with each other if possible and even with my failed attempts at times when aiding each other... I manage to get solo people to save themselves or help each other in other ways due to running (when appropriate) and fighting back and try to not let their own inner demons take over if this makes sense?

I’m certain there’s more endings but yes I was surprised I manage to keep everyone alive with my first playthrough from Little Hope. Especially when I thought I lost Angela when she got dragged into the sewer because yes I failed as John holding onto her but manage to let her kick her double off of her and ran away. But every time I heard her screaming from different scenes, I thought "Crap is she dead?" I hoped not because I didn't see her die. Thankfully she lived when she caught up with everyone else. Lost glasses, dirty, scared but happy and sore.

And near the end when Mary is on trial, I burned the doll too.

When I did my first playthrough in Man of Medan, I lost one person in early process but the rest survived. Hopefully others are enjoying Little Hope as I think it is a bit more interesting than its predecessor.

I only had John and Andrew survive. I was in a similar situation to you though OP. I defended Mary every chance I got for the whole game, and even got the good ending because of it. Yet right at the end the impaled demon showed up and killed Daniel out of the blue. No choice, no QTE, nothing. He's just dead now. I'm not sure why that happened.

Angela and Taylor I lost to fair play. Mucked up QTEs with both of them. But Daniel's death felt unfair since I have no idea what caused it.

I think it has something to do with their traits? When a characters is attacked by their demon all those negative personality traits pop up and they were always locked for me. If I had played the character in such a way that they no longer had those negative personality traits would they survive instead?

I got everyone but Taylor out, each time. It's just too bloody easy to be a massive ♥♥♥♥♥ when you play as her.

Angela, Andrew, and John survived for me.

Lost Daniel to a QTE as he tried to escape his demon at the church. The QTEs in this game are brutal btw, especially when you don't know where your cursor is and it only appears after the QTE is quickly losing time.

Lost Taylor the same way as you, she stayed in the house and her demon got her. A partial reason for why this happened for me was because when her demon had grabbed and dragged her off earlier, John went to save her and instead of telling him to leave her, I had her beg him to help, which I believe unlocked one of her negative traits. Not entirely sure of if there was another one I messed up on but I do know that affected it.

Doll wasn't the real evil. The real evil was the priest
Swaggaccino Nov 1, 2020 @ 5:39am
First playthrough with my girl - Angela died due to me picking up the gun (rubbish). Dennis died due to my girl failing the QTE. I realized the priest was evil, condemned him at the trial. Then both Professor and Taylor died at the house and I was arrested LOL.

Sucks man :( I could see these twists coming a mile away but what kind of fool would NOT pick up a gun when a monster is chasing you. LIKE SERIOUSLY?

"Guns are bad, mmmkay?" - Every Supermassive game
