I'm on the GOG version, got it there bc it as up way before this one.
So yeah, every new screen.
I'm not referring to individual 1920x1080 literal " screens ' xd
yeah its been an ongoing problem a lot of people are experiencing, also if you have the bad load times you can check but you prolly have the game maxing out your cpu too regardless of core count.

I don't recall any of the previous games having this problem—at least not to this extent—but it's annoying to the point where my 8 year-old and my 4 year-old have started sighing audibly on every load screen we encounter.
yeah its not every screen for me, but a load between major "zones" that I have all these issues.
