Long hanging plant doesn't want to hang.

While completing the quest in the summer home. The hanging planters you buy then buy the plants... The long one I could just not get to hang in the planter or anywhere no matter what I did. I did other things for the 3 stars though.

I had the same issue. I just hung the empty planters and then put the 'hanging plants' into regular pots.

Same issue, so I just hung the plants on the coat rack.

For the big plant and planter, I was finally able to get it to snap by very carefully putting the pointer over the very bottom of the hanging pot (this is while standing in front of the pot). It's glitchy and really finicky, but can be done. The smaller pot I had issues with until getting closer and above it enough to place the top part of the plant onto the planter dirt surface.

I was able to put the plants into the hanging pots. I hung them low enough to be able to look at the soil in the pot from above, then carefully placed the plant in, and then re-hung the pot higher up once the plant was in it.

I can not hang plants for the life of me.. I'm trying to use the wall hanging pots and stands, then place a hanging plant in them. It will not let me. Any help please ?

Put the planter very low on the wall. You should be able to place the plant into it that way, but it is very finicky, so make sure you are directing the plant via the white dot in the middle of your screen. Once the plant is in, you can set the planter wherever you like.
