how do i add my own pictures for the picture frame things?

Add jpegs to here: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\House Flipper 2\HouseFlipper2_Data\StreamingAssets\bd\CustomPictures It may be under your C drive steam library or user folder... but put them in custom pictures.

Actually, it's a bit less confusing using this method:
\Documents\House Flipper 2\Pictures

Pick a blank frame (no picture), then select the paint tool to the right (or E key), then select CUSTOM, then USER. You should see your JPG Pics there.

After some time they also appear in the BUILT-IN section too with all the other game pics, but the USER section only has what you created.

Just be aware that this ONLY works for jpeg pics. I was having a hell of a time trying to import pics I was using in HF1. They were png files. I had no idea HF2 only uses jpegs, until my graphic designer husband looked at it and realized that this was the issue. Now I have to send those to him, so he can change them into jpegs before I can even use them in the game.

Yes, I had to convert all mine using AVS Converter program, but it's pretty quick to do it.
