Anyway, even if the particular families are controversial, and were taken out for a reason, why is there no general feedback when selling a property, to give you a sense as to how you could improve your sale price for future properties.
I liked the idea of HF1's system and was hoping they would improve the system, not remove it, so that bidders bought houses that made sense based not only on their tastes but number of bedrooms, etc. If there are no preferences to go by or any guidelines as to what (if anything) can increase sale prices an auction system doesn't seem necessary. We can just set an arbitrary price and some no name person can buy it.
I also miss this, it just feels currently like I can plonk stuff everywhere (no room designation either as far as I can see)
i do wonder why they don't give you at least 3 people to bid a house to start with, and then the further options would be that you receive feedback from the buyers (perhaps not individualized to a single buyer) that get more detailed, along with more buyers later. or maybe the reverse--you get plenty of feedback in the beginning but not many buyers, and both increase over time with those perks.
unless you have a real tear-down IRL at least a few people will look at it.
I wish we had some type of feedback at all, like "its still dirty" or "theres not x room". Like, give me something to work with
I am hoping the feedback is brought back, but in a much better way this time.
If they do add buyer feedback back in, I hope they let you turn it off - I'd rather not have the distraction. Or the stress; it was hard to relax when it felt like a crowd was watching and judging everything you did.
