Can't find harmonica in menu

hey all, so I just reached the musician, came back to east coast after getting the weather forecast upgrade. got the harmonica from musician but I can't find it in my headgear menu, even when I'm resting outside. can anyone help, please? (don't have director's cut, if it matters)

I know where it is supposed to be, but it is not in that menu. that is the problem

when you say its not in the menu do you mean the cosmetic Radial menu? If so there are multiple pages once you acquire so many things. Also once you equip it you can't just play it, you have to rest then you'll have the option to use it to sooth BB
