So if you're short in crystal, you know where to look
Also, better wait till you get gun before farming, the process is simple, mark the catcher with hematic grenade then shoot it regular bullet on the marked part, help a ton with blood reserve while dealing quick and dirty damage to them
That's reassuring. Thanks man :)
Yeah, probably it's way more easier that way. I'll remember that :)
Almost all BT areas are scripted and have a fixed location. There are a few large boss areas that you have no choice with, but standard BT areas are mostly optional unless you are specifically looking for something in that area.
The first map makes the areas pretty tight, but you can still try to navigate the outer areas of them. On the 2nd map you have more flexibility. On the 2nd map, you always have a way around the BT areas, but it will be a huge detour. In the areas where you see porters, follow them. They know the safe route.
I won’t ask your reason, but if you want to share, I’m sure more than 1 person is curious. 😉
Well, the main one was (and still is until I get better and progress further) that I really couldn't do anything directly to them, the only logical thing to do was avoiding them.
The second reason is that once they get you, you literally can't do anything. Your cargo is dropped and damaged, and a boss is now spawned that you have to beat (if you can), or pick up what is important and what you can and just run.
The third reason is that in the first area, the areas were placed intentionally in critical places where you have to pass and so, you probably would at least encounter one BT area in every trip.
One person summarized it in a good way (which you have to hear, but anyways):
"They are bad just because they are bad, not because they are bad"
The game wants you to see they are bad and dangerous, and it almost rubs it on your face. And they are not bad in a clever way, they are the simple bad thing, things that game just wants to be bad and want you to feel bad, not actually fear them. You just fear the consequences, or more precisely, you hate the consequences just because they are tiring and frustrating.
Still, the reasons alone could be dealt with. If there was only one of the three reasons I mentioned, it was probably ok. All three combined, problems occur. It got to the point that every trip for me was like so much hard work and frustration, with little joy in between them. So i just didn't play it anymore, I had more fun games to play instead of it.
Now, I know that most of the frustration will be solved if I just keep going. The only one remains is the cargo drops, which i said, is just one problem and can be dealt with. The game has to have some punishment for not going careful enough :)
And one more little spoiler:
Nothing says you need to fight the BT boss. Walk out of the BT zone, and it all goes away like waking up from a bad nightmare. The trick is zigzagging your slowed self across the tar, of course.
I think I only have played MGSV from him for a little, just for the tactical approach of it. But his games are weird and unique and niche XD. I hope he keeps making them meaningful like this one, with a purpose. Not just being weird for the sake of it.
I believe you can get what you are looking for with a trainer.
https://www.wemod.com/cheats/death-stranding-trainers Turn on Undetected and the BT's will no longer see you.
Here is another (Thou I believe this one is not free)
https://www.cheathappens.com/72593-PC-Death-Stranding-trainer
You might also have luck searching google for Death Stranding and Game Copy World.....
I cant link to that site in here as they also host cracks for games, WARNING the files on GCW may not be 100% safe use at own risk.
Always a good idea to Virus scan any files at VirusTotal https://www.virustotal.com/
WARNING using trainers on games that have cheat protection can result in a game or VAC ban.
Also just as a cheat or mod can enhance game play and add more fun or enjoyment
cheating can often ruin a game making it easy and no longer fun to play.
