premium delivery issue

Has anyone else experience low evaluations on premium deliveries when they are delivered in less than half the required time and with zero damage? I've had this happen several times and can't figure out what the issue is.

The deliveries are standard deliveries upgraded to Premium. I know with "Orders For Sam" there's only the option for completing the order. If it's story related that is. Bringing Higgs his pizza is a whole other animal. I leveled twice from his first delivery. A sincere Thanks to the guy that will try to kill me and humanity later... lol

i completed all 500 deliveries on Very Hard at LoLoL S-rank. I've never encountered your issue. Seems that maybe you're not seeing all the required parameters? Some timed deliveries also have 'cold cargo' or 'cannot get wet' requirement. Novelist Son deals with cryptobiotes (cannot get wet) so maybe you're traversing through water and destroying the cargo?

It's my second time through the game and I didn't have this issue the first time. You should take a look at my previous posts. Less than half the time and zero damage. I think I just need to switch to my Steam version and dump my console game and see if there's a difference. The latest update seems a bit glitchy in ways that weren't there when the game was released.

It's just annoying to start over again. I only have the First Prepper and the Veteran Porter left to bring up to all 5 stars and I'll have brought on all preppers and facilities to 5 stars. I'll just suck it up forget the issue and finish the game again and then start from scratch on Steam. I was just hoping to not take a lifetime to finish getting all the Trophies on PS. At least I know from everyone here that there seems to be no issue with the PC version. I should be able to leisurely knock it out in a couple to 3 weeks.

you mean, your questions were about the Playstation 4 version?
idk anything about that version of Death Stranding...

it's probably on your end, you should query the PS4 forums on playstation network...

if this is your second time though Death Standing, do you remember having any of these problems in your first playthrough? I mean, do you remember well enough to compare exact Delivery Orders e.g., #31 (for both playthroughs)?
- did you do premium orders on your first playthrough? were there any problems?
- did you play on the same difficulty for both playthroughs?

Sounds like you are not paying enough attention to what game shows you and then failing S rank (L, LoL or LoLoL) time condition. With premium time of 20 minutes, S rank time is typically about 3 or 4 minutes.

Here's a screenshot, take note of yellow text in centre outlining LLL conditions (Legend of Legends of Legends). Time to complete delivery with any rank is 24 minutes, LoLoL condition is 4 minutes 33 seconds.

Well, I think I have my answer. Enough of you have responded to let me know there isn't an issue on the PC version. I'm glad I bought it when it was on sale. After I finish on the PS, my next run will be on Steam. No one here has had an issue. I made my first run on PS without any issue what so ever. S LoLoL every time. It took me about a 100 hours longer than this time, but it was my first time. Thanks to everyone for trying to help. This is why I used my Steam account. On the Sony boards the stars would burn out before you got any answers. Totally different crowd. I'm slowly transitioning everything to PC away from the consoles. I'm tired of the lack of support and them deciding what I should or shouldn't look at. I didn't know about all the censorship and much later updates when I started. There's been a lot of wasted money down that roads. $100's of dollars that could have just been spent on games. But again, It's cool to know there's a bunch of folks that give a ♥♥♥♥ enough to try and help a brother out. Full Steam ahead...lol Sorry for the pun. I should probably get a fine for that or something. Again, thanks everybody. ttys
