Is this DRM free?
I’m looking to grab this while it’s on sale but was wondering if there’s a DRM free version available somewhere?

Steam itself is DRM dude. No. Nothing on steam is DRM free.

If an .exe(NON-DRM[STEAM]) runs an .exe (DRM[STEAM]) would that not make the initial .exe also DRM?

No, lol. Steam DRM isn't forced on developers, they can choose whether or not they want to implement it. And while putting Steam DRM into your game isn't required at all, most AAA devs obviously still do it as it's common practice, and it sucks.

Get it on GOG, it'll be entirely DRM-free on there.
