Encoding overloaded error when streaming with OBS

I've got two questions for you guys.

1. Is this just a problem that this game has, or is there some sort of solution?

2. When OBS says encoding overloaded, what piece of hardware in particular is creating the bottleneck? If I know that I can upgrade it. CPU perhaps?

The game uses quite a bit of CPU. Maybe that's why OBS does not have enough resources, if you have a more or less current graphics from Nvidia you can use their codec, and there should be no problems.
