PROBLEM #2 Eror in Death Stranding Access Violation (C0000005h) when playing game!
In Windows near start button there is seach button > find exploit protection / You must add directory to ds.exe (Death Strandine exe file in Steam folder) or just look video (not my video, but its helps me) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDbBGzCbq4Q
My PC I5 9600k 16GB DDR4 , GTX 1060 3GB

Thank you for the video, I had that C0000005h error and doing that exploit thing actually worked. :)
I found some files that needed to be re-downloaded when I scanned my install directory, but that didn't fix the problem (though, I recommend trying that). The solution for me was to uninstall ALL Visual C++ (redistributed) installs on my system. I was expecting Death Stranding to re-install the ones it needs on launch, but it doesn't do that, so I had to do that manually, via this Microsoft link:

Usually updating your drivers and installing the various dev kits from:
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist
does the trick on any game.
