Half life mission first part PROBLEM!

I already finished the game and in the progress completing my last achievement of finding all the chips, and I just realized that there are half-life items. I got both email for the first part of the half life mission like a week ago, but I cannot find the companion cube anywhere in the east area map now.
I really need help!!!! Did I just miss all the half life item for not doing the mission on time???

I ran into the same problem, I missed a cube from the mule camp, after passing the game I went after it and it wasn't there. I managed to get the cube back. I uploaded a save earlier, went to the camp, the cargo was in place, took it and took it to the customer. Then I loaded the ticking save and lo and behold the cube is in place. Platinum received)

THIS DAMN CUBE IS STILL MISSING. I dismantled everything. Turned off multiplayer, tried all sorts of witchcraft, but nope. ZERO. Good to know this is truly a AAA game considering it has unattended bugs like every AAA game should have
