I wouldn't hold my breath, but count me in as one who'd like the feature. Only being able to play them while sitting in the personal bunker is a bit silly. I know, I know, he wanted to control the "moments" - but at the very least one could enable such a feature after story completion, for example.
But yeah, the music player should be there for the free roam too

And no, alt tabbing and playing a soundtrack isn't the same, because the mp3 in phantom pain and in this game dull the sound effects around you, much like it would IRL.
The songs from ingame aren't on that OST.... only theme songs mostly (and only 1 or 2 with vocals)
