very low gpu usage rtx 2080

Hi All

I have full HD resolution , everything maxed , DLSS disabled and get 120 fps
My GPU usage is around 15-20% and my core i9 around 45%

Is this normal ?

If i alt tab out of metro exodus usually it goes from 100% to around 80%

check Graphics_1 instead of 3D

Same here. Have 2060 super 8 gig. Everything on max, capped 120 fps. DLSS on quality. 25 to 35% from Aida tests. And same picture 27 to 35% on msi afterburner. I guess....its finally....the legends become truth...we finally get 100% optimazed game. LoL. Ok srsly. We dont have much npc, physics objects and etc in scene. Half of scene are static. So there is no much need in gpu.

I don't get it. OP is locked in at 120 fps who cares what the GPU usage indicates. It's clearly wrong, use a different program like AB or something.

Its not wrong. i also used GPU Z and HWInfo and they show same as task manager

Maybe you'd be interested to know, but I noticed on my side that increasing the Frame Rate Limit option increases my overall CPU usage, but my GPU appears to keep its load ~75%. I'm not sure if it's some kind of bug, I didn't take some time to investigate, but I don't really care as the game run extremely well on my side. Only hitches I saw were in the opening scene.
