I think you cannot complete all side quest mission, i think they are infinite. This is for level up.

SO the standard deliveries are just randomly generated deliveries and the game will just keep generating them as long as you play.

Standard orders are repeatable after a cooldown period of up to 6 hours.
Orders for Sam are only retryable if you mess up, I think.

Yes. Same with all the dropped packages everywhere.
Those will keep appearing whenever you rest in your room or travel away and back again, as well.

Doing them helps get more rep, stars, with them that unlocks more stuff.

I did the game on PS4, I did not quit until got the 5 stars It was so hard/ long.

I suggest you to progress to have a better stuff, so you can comeback and finish the job.

Package on the floor are here to have enough Xp to have the five stars, you will always find package on the floor.

Some package on the floor are more important but I don't want to spoil you.

I'd recommend to do the jobs on premium, so the completed ones gets marked.
And do them at least once, as some of them offer extra rewards like bonus accessories, new consumables or give you additional data reports to read through.

I have done more side missions than I have main missions. It's to build the strength of the network. I have even gotten it to the point where I am plotting which deliveries to take to optimise the number of stops I need to make.

Also, I use the sleds now I have opened them because the trikes were to inefficient for large loads. If you have chance to grab a sled then get one. (Its called the transport bar or something, in-game but it's a sled). My bridge level is something like level 50 now on mission breakdowns. (Only played on P.C., not PS4.)
