On the left it says supported technologies, and DX12 is there. Beyond that not sure what to say as I don't have that card myself. Goodluck.
If you intended to upgrade to something more modern, I'd recommend a 1660 Super. I'm sure someone will respond and say a 1660 Super is trash-tier and no one should buy it, etc. because this forum seems to be full of elitists with 2080 TI's who look down on anyone that doesn't spend $1,000+ on a GPU, but as far as budget GPU's go, it offers great performance for its price.
960m Is a pretty low performance mobile GPU. It however should support DX 12.
960M is on par with a 750 TI, it's weaker than a 760. But it's newer, so has better DX12 support.
The listed requirement is a 1050, a 1050 is about 35% more powerful than a 960M.
