What are legends or legends of legends?

I've seen it thrown around, both on the forums and in game, but I haven't seen it yet? I figured they were special kinds of deliveries but, are they random? Do they unlock sometime later?

I'm at chapter 3, very hard.

you have to finish some premium package or something like that, don't really know. But i think you need to finish the game first

They will unlock during chapter 3. Basically you can chose to do premium service when accepting a standard order. This means you need to deliver (sometimes more) packages with less damage and even less time. If you get an S rank while playing on very hard, you will get the "Legend of Legends of Legends" ranking for that order.

Ah okay so it's not RNG dependent, you can literally select the premium service if you want to. Gotcha, thanks!
