Why did Fragile make Sam crash at the beginning?

If this is talked about later or involves spoilers, please don't tell me. But why did Fragile warp in right in front of Sam and make him crash at the start? I am spoiled in regards to her being able to warp/unlock fast travel. So it seems pretty intentional...

But what's worse for me is, in the cave he doesn't even bring it up or ask her about it?! I'm sorry? lol

it doesnt really look intentional to me, it looks like she was only minding her own business when the rain started, When Sam jumped the other side is not visible at all so he was unable to see her.

The other possibility is that she jumped and because of bad luck she appeared right in front of Sam.

I never thought it was intentional, seemed to me at that speed with no visibility anything could have been on the other side of that jump that could wreck his bike. I am not convinced she warped in front of him, could have been standing there and warped away when Sam almost hit her.
