Short answer: Ye
Longer: You probably know what this game is about by now. You probably know it's about micro managing cargo, collecting materials and transporting them to places. Plus a cinematic story with all the good and bad things you can expect from a Kojima game. I had fun for like 100 hours but never touched it after. It was worth for me. (I bougt on discount on Ebin game store. For about 20-25 euros. ) For 17 it's a pretty good deal for a "different" AAA experience.

It's worth it full price lmao. I can understand you being sceptical as a lot of hate has been thrown at it. I even refunded it myself after hearing about it being a "walking simulator" picked it up again at 60% off about a year ago and got through the whole game; one of the best experiences I've had. People who hate on it either haven't played it and are just riding the bandwagon, or don't have the patience to play it.

Bottom line, if you can get it for 70% off that is a good deal, BUT watch some game play video first, this game is NOT for everyone. The first 2-4 hours of the game has A LOT of cutscenes and your refund window is not representative of the rest of the game, so beware,,,

Oh ♥♥♥♥ yeah. When the directors cut comes out, if it does, I can't imagine you wouldn't just be able to upgrade your edition. But Death Stranding is amazing.

We don't know if you can upgrade the regular version to Director's Cut or get it for free, if it comes to PC. If we have to pay for the new version again, I'd probably wait for that instead.
