I have my bike, but BT's in way?
First time here on this, not sure what the game expects me to do. Is it encouraging me to not use my bike on this trip, can i creep through on bike or blast through full speed?

From what I can tell, like everything in the game it seems, it's entirely up to you.

When I was playing on PS4, I thought I couldn't use the bike. So I didn't.
But now on PC, I realize that using the bike works. You can:

-blast through, and you'll be fine unless you run right into a BT, in which case, be prepared to circumnavigate, or to get off the bike and disable the BT
-creep through on bike, and get off the bike and disable the BT when you/BB flags one nearby.
You can do it however you want really. In some cases, you could take the long way around the BT territory (not sure if that is the case for you).

You could just blast through at full speed, just be very careful not to ram a BT. If you do, expect problems.
You could slowly navigate through
You could ditch the bike if you have enough space in your pack (or set up a temporary postbox or use someone else's postbox).
You could go and clear out the BTs then take your bike through.
etc.

As long as you can do it, there really isn't a wrong way to do it. Just some ways will be easier/faster than others.

I've tried blasting through twice and both times failed. My suggestion is to either abandon the bike temporarily and go on foot, clear a path with anti-BT weapons, or move through slowly with the bike

Yeah, blasting through is definitely the riskiest way to do it if you don't know the game well enough. If you do know the game well enough... the game uses spawn patterns. If you memorize those patterns, you can remember which paths are relatively safe. If you can figure out the patterns, you can calculate a relatively safe path. Otherwise, it is a gamble.

Note: Relatively safe is not completely safe, but it at least gives you decent odds at getting through. There are tricks you can use to make it safer, but it is definitely more reliable to first clear a path.

The map also shows most traveled delivery routes which trend towards being easier to blast thru at full speed. A good example is the sort of perimeter hugging route to Port Knot City

I've got a nice big void out crater in my map from the last time I attempted to take a bike through a BT area.

if you do not run into the BT's directly with your bike they wont stun you, that's how i've been able to get past them lol

You can slowly creep through their territory. You'll get detected but BTs are slow. You can just avoid their direction and keep on keeping on. Just don't touch them. Be mindful for rocky/unpassable terrains. BB will feel stress during this occasion.

Or you can go ahead and clear BT area on foot with grenades and such and then pass the area with the bike. Up to you

Oh so they are static and always there and don’t move over time? And once you clear them they don’t respawn? Thanks

I think you can clear them out for awhile but they'll return.

They are most of the time static. They move if there is a distraction such as a grenade or if you make a sound like running. Once you clear all of them or some of them they won't respawn for a short time enough for you to make several drops.

Just look at odradek, as long as it doesnt point directly in front of you, you are fine

They aren't entirely static, but they won't move much until something alerts them. Think of it like they have patrol routes. Most have patrol routes of just standing, some have patrol routes of where they go around a small area. If alerted, they will enter chase mode towards the alert source (like mules) and if they discover you, they'll go full speed chase (similar to mules, but full sprint).

Once you clear them, they'll be gone for a little bit (similar to mules), but will come back eventually.
