birthday has an effect on doom level?

if i'm getting this right and remember correctly there is a text from the beginning or atleast somewhere from the start of the game each month and day of the month has an effect on doom level? so if death stranding 2 comes out i can only hope sam if we still have him have different levels of dooms depending on the birthdate we put in as i wonder which level of dooms i would have
14th of april is the birthday of mine if someone is interrested so it would mean something if the slightest chance i had dooms right? but i doubt i have dooms if i were in their world
