You're supposed to get rid of it by burning it in an incinerator from what we know at the beginning of the game

Is it really a spoiler for chapter 4? I don't remember any story-forced corpse disposal there

Tar lake or stick it in an outpost, corpse disposal will deal with it.
There's also an incinerator just north west of the craftsman.

You will need to pass the Craftman and the Ruined Factory to get to the Incinerator.
