[Solution] I've solved Deadman's Missing Necroing Corpse issue [May2021]

Just do this: Kill a Mule (use lethal weapons), then cremate the body at the nearest incinerator. Done.

Explanation: I had problems finding the corpse Deadman was talking about. There weren't any deadbody symbols on the region I was in, he didn't provide a location for me.

I ignored him until the start of Chapter 10 (I think. Can't remember), that was when Deadman told me the corpse caused a voidout, and I had a gameover.

No repatriate. I only had the option to load a previous save.

So I searched Reddit and apparently I had to search other regions.

But no luck, cuz I didn't kill a single Mule. (old habit thanks to MGS...)

Then I learned those who didn't kill any Mules had the same problem too, while others who killed Mules before simply had to look for the body in other regions.

Then my lazy ass thought, "Why not just kill a damn Mule then burn it"

I did that, and no voidout ever happened.

PS: Yo, I climbed lotsa mountains to place sick zip-line routes. They're around Heartman's. Not sure if you guys would see it, but yeah. Enjoy the view!

Thanks I will give it a try. I ran into same problem. Got notification about dead body but dont see anything on map. Then voidout happens and I have to reload. So I will just try to get one mule cremated. Hopefully it will work

I'm pretty sure I missed it or completely forgot when he mentioned the corpse. I assume the random one I found up on a mountain area was him because I never got a voidout. At the time I thought nothing of it - I just figured any dead body had to be cremated so I took care of it. Well, there was some goofing around first (what happens if you drop a body off a cliff?
Not much). I also spent the rest of the game paranoid about others being around somewhere that I might not find in time.
