Bug (game breaking): Chapter 13
In chapter 13 there is no way to "make a decision".

The player ends up stuck in an endless loop.

Lol. Thought I'd tried this and pressed every button. I had not all of the way through the game used the "1" key as a weapon selector. Quite bizarre that the devs would expect me to think of pressing a button I had not used once before and not give me any hints.
