Stuck on Loading Screen
I tried to restart a few times and it's always stuck at 21% of loading.

It can appear to get stuck there before it loads. How long did you give it and are you running from an SSD?

Well once i left it for 2, 3 minutes. The second time i went to the bathroom, and for the third restart i went to grab a drink.

No, on the regular HDD. But it worked fine yesterday.
