Most of them. Seriously.
Most of them.
Hell, I'm in the minority even having something as high as 2560x1440.
Thanks for the responses. Ill give it a looksy.
Television standard tends to dictate that sort of thing, and there's very little chance of that going wider.
For consoles, yea...not for PC. Not attempting to argue here, just hoping more people get it. Truly worth every penny. Not to mention, its just gonna look better. My screen has HDR 400, not the 1000, but it still is stunning none the less. Every game I have supports 21:9. So its hardly a 'nich'
Thanks again for the updates. Gonna buy the game now and give it a try. :)
Super happy with it and half the cost of a high end GC.
It's very strict about what 21:9 means, while monitor manufacturers aren't. 3440x1440 is 21.5:9, and without the fix, the game would render at 3360x1440.
Yea I read that. Ill make it work or refund it. Blame all Devs and hardware makers for that gaff. But. no one has a 4096 screen either for 4k lol.
Cinematics like usual have much heavier framing to the standard ratio. (the framing is artistic/cinematic shots would have to be totally redone to work in different ratios)
Thanks. Great game!!!
Thank you again for the responses and assistance.
I imagine many are like me and want a GPU upgrade to RTX before investing in a new monitor and I personally am not going to jump through a bunch of hoops to get one so I make do with what I have.
Also you know people who spend $800 a month on weed? Must be some good s—.
Umm, in CA, you better believe it. Prices here are out the a$$. When I was smoking I was easily spending a hund a week. Just saying, take a look at (any persons) budget and you can find $800.
I have a 1080 Ti Duke and this monitor made me halt on buying an RTX. I will wait for the 4000 series OR RDNA 3 cards. The 3000 cards are OK, but a 20% increase isnt worth my investment and Ray Tracing is still in its infancy. The 4000 series / RNDA 3 cards will really open that up. Point with all this, the Cooler Master GM-34CW I bought made me appreciate what I have now. The display really makes the difference! G-sync / FreeSync is worth every penny...everything is always smooth as butter.
