if you're playing onlime, share lockers often contain a lot of resources OR things that you can recycle.
Also, there are always specific places where the resources spawn after a while, the 320 ceramics near the Distro Center South of Lake Knot, for example (i think it takes resting in private rooms to reset them).
Tbh never had any problems with finding resources, I even had to deliberately throw them away or donate them to share lockers because of how ridiculously easy it is to get them. And who needs roads anyway? :D
I have 5 stars with every prepper and shelter except for the far away ones in the mountain region, and I always take whatever resources I can find in private and share lockers, I'm pretty much starved of ceramics
Whenever you complete an order that involves transporting materials some of them are added to the the destinations stores that you can claim.
I was hoping of getting around that...but I guess it's the only way, haven't thought about sending bots though, thanks!
This is some of the best advice. Collect early, collect often.
Other than that, two mule camps between the LKC and engineer, engineer and craftsman tend to have quite a lot of metals and ceramics in my experience, aside from other stuff. Also check shared locker, sometimes people drop resources there.
If you're low on some resources, always check for the delivery orders with the resource delivery you need, and you will need a lot of chemicals for a zipline network.
Anyway, I'm almost done with the road, last 2 sections of mountain knot city.
Ty all for the suggestions!
I just completed a delivery of ceramics and metal to lake knot city, it also showed me the number of materials I can claim....and when I selected the claiming menu, everything is at 0...wtf?
