How do I equip the Cyberpunk rewards?

I have finished multiple of the Cyberpunk crossover missions, and got told I got rewards XY, but where do I find these so I can equip them?

E.g. Where do I find V's face or Johny's sunglasses so I can equip them? (I finished the quests for them already, can't find the rewards in the safehouse room)

Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

You click 4 to equip V's face pattern or any face item, the bike is craftable like any other bike and I haven't seen the sunglasses yet...

Sunglasses and the cyberpattern thing are both where your hat, lidens glasses, Sam's glasses, steam valve and harmonica "live". The bike and silverhand you craft and equip like you do gravity glove or power glove. Pinging MULE trucks, ordradecks and perimeter posts is all through your compass.

I just got the V face pattern, which is about as underwhelming as the game it's from! :P

But I've never been able to get the quick menu 4 to work. Through some random attempts I've managed to get it to equip or unequip an item on occasion, but rarely and I have no idea how I did it. Simply pressing the left mouse button when it's selected does nothing. What in UCA am I supposed to do?

Any tips for using quick menu 4 with a keyboard and mouse (actually trackpad)? Nothing is working for me. It should be simple right?

I hold down 4 on the keyboard. Mouse over to the item I want to equip or unequip. Press the left mouse button (as indicated). Nothing happens. Please help. This is doing my head in!
