game has sod all mods
You can thank Denuvo for putting the breaks on that.
I know it's removed now, but it was there and stopped the possibility of a mod community growing at the more crucial point of the games cycle.
As already mentioned, Nexus Mods has a Joker face mod. Way too garish for most people's taste, I presume, but at this point I am even considering that instead of looking at the bland old protagonist's face. I'd also be happy with a cool face mask, like Higgs' golden skull, but you can't wear it in game (apart from a couple very short cutscenes).
Why the hell did they skimp out on such an obvious part of character personalisation is utterly beyond me. Must have been a conscious decision by the "auteur" himself: people should only be playing "his" character, any modification is a travesty on his creative vision.
Depends how the devs develop the facial rigs. Most mocaps are character specific with the exception of Red Dead 2 you can swap Arthur with Sadie and the facial animations look completely natural. I agree that DS would probably look funky without any tweaking.
