Stuck at Timefall Farm

In my game, the rain won't stop at timefall farm. I've looked at weather forecast and it is raining everywhere, I've passed time in a timefall shelter I don't know how many times like over an hour at least and the forcast is rain everywhere. Is there something I'm missing? I've looked through the tips, they aren't a help. I've looked a little online and this doesn't appear to be a "thing" so just wondering if anyone else has encountered this situation and can tell me what the f to do

Why do you want the rain to stop anyway? Is it part of the story? (I can't remember much about that part of the game)

This isn't a glitch in the game. The Timefall Farmer and his wife built their farm in this region precisely because of the constant timefall. You will just have to plod your way through until you're clear of the rain... and then fabricate yourself a can of container repair, of course.

the rain won't let up. you walk out in the rain like you've been doing the whole game. eventually find a timefall shelter in different place and get your packages repaired.

You definitely can't always avoid the timefall. Consider leaving to the northwest and taking a longer route over the mountain foothills. The rain is thinner there and BTs don't seem to like steep slopes.
