You may need to change your graphic settings, depends on you graphic (GPU) and ram.
You're thinking of a Ryzen 7. All of which would run this game fine with a proper gpu.
A Radeon R7 is a GPU, all of which are weaker than a GTX 1050.
You are right, my mind is so tired.
As Seamus said R7 370 will run it, R7 260x too, even R7 360 may if you have "good" CPU + 8 gb RAM.
Btw what a optimization, wondering why it have heavy price.
If you are referencing to userbenchmark, I shouldn't mention a joke like userbenchmark is giving a higher rating to i7-9700K than Ryzen 7 3800x. but even userbenchmark confess R7 360 and R7 260x have a better reflection than 1050, and R7 370 have 5% more fps on GTA V than 1050.
(dont know if they have personal interest in Intel/geforce or just their engine works not fine with the AMD)
Also as Death standing is a PS4 game R7 cards like 260x, 370 and probably 360 can run it if
developer didn't messed up at making/porting/remastering the game (and im not sure about it)
Yet as Steam have a refund system, anyone who have a good internet can test it out.
Personally I have played the Witcher 3 on GTX 650ti boost with some settings on high even wen they said minimum is GTX 660, but that PC was the masterpiece and CD PROJEKT RED is the master of making games.
Still all i said are technical matters, and these 3 cards should run this game on the paper (aside with other good PC parts) But how much this game is messed up is another matter and people with a direct experience of similar systems can say the final word.
All of the R7 cards are below a 1050 in effective horsepower. And as I said, a 1050 does NOT handle this game well.

Your 650 Ti Boost vs 660 comparison.
Compared to the BEST CASE SCENARIO for an R7 vs a 1050.

I repeat. Again. MAY run. Not will run.
