Cannot Recycle Chiral Christals - Order No. 8

During Order No. 8 in Episode 2, I collect Chiral Crystals and return to the facility to recycle them. But, when I attempt to recycle them, I get the error: "The maximum amount of Chiral Crystals that can be stored in this facility has been reached." Then it tells me to claim materials to free up space in this facility. I have reloaded the game, started earlier from a different save, restarted my computer, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have played 5 hours so I can't refund it, and I don't want my $60 to go down the drain. Please help!!!

What happened when you claimed the materials to free up space in the facility?

...claim some chrial crystals from the location before you recycle them for the quest?

if the chiral crystal capacity is full, then you should go to "Claim material">Chyral Crystal and select amount. Then, try to fill it with the objective quantity.
Meaning, retrieve and recycle.

There is no option to Claim Materials

If you only played five hours, I think you best bet would be to restart the game from a new save.

Really odd this error. I get the same. I have tried replaying from an earlier savegame but no luck. Get "Capacity full" error, but when I try to claim more to remove this capacity, there are no crystals shown - only metal and resin. Seems totally stuck. Bought the game only a week ago - not great value to only work to this point...

You sure it wasn't an error in terms of reading or following instructions? I'll admit Its a bit fuzzy to me but I managed to get past this part myself - don't remember the capacity error.

I am completely stuck at this point. When I go to turn them in I get the error everyone else is experiencing. When I go to claim there are no crystals there... I replayed from a previous save and completed #7 first like others had mentioned and still the same issue. I also restarted from the beginning and same thing...Has anyone figured out a fix yet?

I think you can skip that and continue on with the story. Later you can come back to finish that.

I had that happen… and fixed it… but I don’t remember how unfortunately. I think I continues until I got somethings blueprint to manufacture that took crystals, iirc.

I know its been some time since this was posted, but for people who have this problem, the fix is simple: Just retrieve the printer from the main story mission and it'll be fixed :D (Probably)
