I'd check out some spoilerless reviews online if I were you.
I would say after about 10 hours or so you have a good grasp on the gameplay loop but the game still adds new gadgets and stuff all the time.
You're better off using the 2 hours to see how well your PC runs it, etc... If you find the story interesting it'll help get you through the early boring stages of the game. It does get better.
While I have to agree that 2 initial hours can't fairly present the game, I'm pretty sure you'll love the game regardless of your taste - if you don't skip the story for sakes of fastrunning.
It's coop/mmo whatever. Death Stranding is singleplayer.
Easy choice, depending on what you currently need.
2hr ? Unlikely. The attack of _long_ cutscenes at the start of the game will take most of that.
