How? Can You discribe?
Unofficially, you can hex edit the game from what I've read it seems to work.
Some might think that the slight jump form 720p to a 900p wouldn't make much of a difference, but man... it does look bad.
If the devs can pull off something like Dark Souls does for 16:10 screens (the use of black bars at the top and bottom of the screen to mantain the 16:9 aspect ratio and still render the game at your native resolution) that would come in just perfect.
Also, about the hex editing thing, I tried it and it just zooms in your view, making your FOV smaller, sooo not really a good solution.
I emailed support and they said this.
"Hi,
Thank you for contacting 505 Games support. I'm sorry that you're having this issue.
We've been made aware of the lack of resolution options and have escalated the problem to the Death Stranding team.
Hopefully, this is something that we can have resolved soon.

Let's hope they will fix it in good time or there's going to be a lot of annoyed people if they don't.
Well, 1600x900 is litterally a 16:9 resolution but it's not available.
It seems the game's 16:9 ratio resolutions are either 720p or 1080p. I won't mind playing at 1080p if the game could downsample it to my 900p on the go. To bypass this, I have to use a script to change my resolution to 1080p using DSR, but that doesn't look as sharp as a native resolution.
well its almost a year later now... did they fix it already?
lol i guess not, i just installed the game.. also running on a 16:10 with 1400x900 max res, cant select this in game either. i can play every other game on 1400x900 but not this one. funny thing is i ordered a new gpu and got death stranding especially for that to check its graphic capabilities xD (i really should get a new monitor tho, i know.. its coming next)
