Give it a try
1. Saved in front of the loading zone for cinematic - Didn't work
2. Gave Ol' Sammy a shower (thought it had something to do with the black ooze not wanting to load properly, a problem I previously had and that fixed it last time.) - Also negative
3. Validated files - Nope
4-a. Shut down and turned on computer (Jebbry's reccomendation) - No way.
4-b. Tried the thing RIVET reccomended (The high priority on ds.exe thing) - Also a no
5. Tried running as administrator (that usually works for other games) - Haha, no.
6. Tried doin' an Alt-f4 a couple of times - Not working
Only thing I haven't tried (and I'd really rather not do) is uninstall. And possibly back tracking a ways and then walking back, but that'd just take a lot of time and I also don't wanna do that.
Any other ideas?
Whoops, forgot to mention I also got an error to come up one of the times I alt-f4'd but it doesn't always show up...
