I have an RTX 1660 and it looks like they put out new drivers on the 9th. They advertise Death Stranding Day 1 support so I'm hoping this'll help.

Perhaps it's how the "Deep Learning" anti-aliasing works on RTX cards:
Old AI: "Pay attention, this is how you do the AA thing. Just take this pattern and sorta stamp it around here, so that the lines look smooth and nothing sticks out of anything, okay?"
Young AI: "You mean like... THIS!!!?"
Old AI: "Eh.... not quite. But we will get there!"
