I'd be very damn surprised if this feature even exists for PC TBH.

Same. And I shut it off. As well has the shaking via controller.

I am sure they said it will fully support the ps4 controller on pc, plus its listed as full controller support

I'm curious. Are you using the official Sony wireless controller adapter? I have the official wireless adapter and set the game to output BB to its speaker ("Headset Earphone"), but I've not got far enough in the game to confirm that works.

I'm also concerned that this doesn't output audio to the gamepad's speaker, but just to the output jack on the gamepad.

connected it via bluetooth, steaam has reconised it as a ps4 control pad so has windows 10, didnt know there was an official adapter (though i have one for my xbox pad)

do you see the ps4 speaker in the windows audio settings? (mines not appearing there..may be my issue)

You would have to write a driver for it and have a nice bluetooth stack. Have fun.

well no, windows 10 has support
for the controller or it would not show up as ps4 controller in windows and steam, nor would the game show the x button etc correctly or allow the use of the motion controller....its litteraly just the sound thats the issue.
touch pad being one side call out, other side photo mode is cool though. on my xbox pad photo mode tends to be both sticks in and i often do that on accident in some games

When I connect my controllers with just a standard Bluetooth adapter, there's no separate audio device output shown for the controller. When I use the official Sony adapter, Windows shows a "DUALSHOCK 4 USB Wireless Adapter" as "Headset Earphone". When I do an audio test on this device, there's no sound from the controller speaker, but there is sound if I connect headphones to the port. If you connect your controller using wired USB, you can see this speaker device.

You can find the Sony wireless adapter online by searching for 'sony dualshock 4 usb wireless adapter'.

Unless the game can specifically trigger the controller's speaker, then it's only going to output to the headphone jack on the controller, which isn't very useful. It'll be later this afternoon before I can play enough to test it.

hmm £70 O.o
also in the adverto on amazon i notice :
You can utilise every feature of DUALSHOCK 4, including buttons, analog sticks, touch pad, light bar, motion sensors, vibration and stereo headset jack, as long as the application supports these features

they mention everything but the speaker, thats annoying. I may stick to my xbox pad (though that feels some how sacriligous lol) as i prefer the weight and feel of it... assuming photo mode is easy to access, on the ps4 pad it is apparently touch pad left

Yeah, not cheap and not worth it if generic BT adapters provide most of the functionality.

I was able to test and confirm that BB doesn't come out of the controller's speaker, only from the headphone output on the controller. Meh, guess I'll just send BB to the default audio device.

You have to disable all Steam Related for the Game use your PS4 Controller as a PS4 Controller.

If you plug your DS4 in via wire (so wired), speaker pops up in control panel. Testing it now will tell you when I get BB.

What? You don't need this to use yoru controller. Unless you're talking about the audio.

I'm plugged in wired and doesn't seem to work for me in-game. Shame.

You still need to use headphones plugged into the DS4. If you go into sound control you should see a new speaker there, maybe is disabled.

ah yeah, works with headphones, thanks - not ideal but at least it's an option!
