Look at the "Window top/bottom/left/right" fields too.
Unsure if you need to be sure their difference = your chosen resolution, but better safe than sorry.
Oh, looks like an HDR flag is in there too.
Yup, that got it, running in a correctly sized window now.
Did you do the math on the following lines? (Using 1920x1080 as an example):
Be sure that "right"-"left" = rendering_width, and the same with "bottom" - "top" = rendering_height.
