Windows 7 is really out of date. you should look into upgrading to at least windows 8.

But its about time to consider upgrading your OS (and/or machine if you don't meet the requirements to run Win10).

но учитывая что Win7 получила поддержку DX12
то не исключено что работать будет, хотя и очень глючно
из за того что в WIn7 много старых библиотек, работающих не так как под Win10
в результате получаем жуткие утечки памяти, вылеты, просадку производительности
и прочие радости.

если хочешь нормально играть - купи Win10 OEM, они очень дешевые
поставь на отдельный раздел, и используй только для игр

а для повседневного использования можно продолжать использовать любимые ОС
такие как линуксы, старые версии Windows, macOS, и тд

лично я почти для всего использую WIn10
крайне редко macOS, в основном для работы

I would update to windows 10 and use a windows 7 virtual box for any software that you need windows 7 for. If your pc can run this game it can run windows 10, thats why i am assuming its a legacy software issue which would be fixed with virtual box. if its something more, say and people may be able to help
