I tried to repair reinstall everything and it wont launch. help pls

I can't seem to get this to launch on my system, crashes on startup, all-AMD, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 22H2. This is unfortunate because I was looking forward to the features it mentions, especially the AdBlocker, and the alternative task manager, I hope this gets fixed soon.....

Yes, there is an issue with the software. When you click on PLAY the installer pops up, but after it finishes, nothing happens. It seems to me that the developer of this software might have shut it down for a reason, or perhaps they tried to fix something and accidentally broke the software. Either way this software shouldn’t be on Steam if it doesn’t work.
